Christiane Sadeler
Signed the Violence Prevention Charter and committed to the following actions to build a Canada free of violence.
The WRCPC commits to continuing its work in violence prevention as part of our 40 year violence prevention plan and approach. We also commit to doing so always in collaboration because we are strongest when we work together. We support a violence prevention approach that reduces the risks of and increases the resiliencies to crime, violence and insecurity. WHY? Because we are inspired to work for social justice and positive change by addressing the root causes of crime. Our orientation is focused on future generations and healing not punishment.
